- Student details such as class, course of interest, school and parent/guardian contact.
- Account credentials (username and password) for the student/parent portal.

b. Payment information
When you pay fees through the app or website, payment is processed by a third-party
payment gateway (such as Razorpay, PayU or a similar PCI-DSS compliant provider). We
receive only transaction confirmation details (such as order ID, amount, status and the
last few digits of the instrument). We do not store your full card
number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials on our servers.

- Device information (device model, operating system, unique device identifiers).
- App usage data, log files, IP address and approximate location (city/region).

2. Permissions Used by the App
The Kaizen Bokaro app may request the following permissions, only for the stated purpose:
