These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kaizen Bokaro mobile application and the website www.kaizenbokaro.com, operated by Kaizen Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, making a payment, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Services are intended for students preparing for IIT-JEE, NEET and related examinations. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Services only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@kaizenbokaro.com of any unauthorised use.

3. Courses, Enrolment & Fees

• Course details, duration and fees are described at the time of enrolment.
• Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable fees.
• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may revise course content, schedules and fees for future enrolments at our discretion.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment you also agree to the terms of the respective payment provider. We are not responsible for failures, delays or errors caused by the payment gateway, your bank or network. In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited, the amount is normally reversed by the bank/gateway as per their policy; you may contact us for assistance.

5. Refunds

All payments are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before making a payment.

6. Use of the Services & Content

All study material, video lectures, tests, text, graphics, logos and software provided through the Services are the intellectual property of Kaizen Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own learning. You must not:

• Copy, record, reproduce, distribute, sell or publicly share any content.
• Share your account or login credentials with any other person.
• Reverse engineer, modify or attempt to extract the source of the app.
• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or disrupt the operation of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

"Kaizen Academy", "Kaizen Bokaro", related logos and all associated content are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services, without refund, if you breach these Terms, share content or credentials, engage in fraud, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide quality coaching, we do not guarantee any particular examination result, rank, admission or outcome. Any references to results are illustrative of past performance and are not a promise of future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaizen Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the relevant course in the preceding three (3) months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaizen Academy and its staff from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bokaro, Jharkhand.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
