This Return & Refund Policy applies to fees and payments made to Kaizen Academy
through the Kaizen Bokaro mobile application and the website
www.kaizenbokaro.com. Please read it carefully before
making any payment. By making a payment, you accept this Policy.
1. Nature of Services
Kaizen Academy provides educational coaching services and digital learning content (courses,
video lectures, study material and test series). These are services and digital products, not
physical goods. Once access to a course or digital content is granted, the service is treated
as delivered.
2. General Refund Policy
All course, admission and registration fees are non-refundable once paid,
except in the limited circumstances described in Section 3 below. This is because seats are
reserved, batches are planned and digital content is made available based on confirmed enrolments.
Admission, registration and one-time enrolment charges are non-refundable and non-transferable
under all circumstances.
3. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be issued only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment – you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- Failed transaction with deduction – your account was debited but enrolment/access was not activated.
- Wrong amount charged – you were charged an amount higher than the applicable fee.
- Service not provided – a paid course or batch is cancelled by Kaizen Academy and not rescheduled or substituted.
In each approved case, the refund is limited to the excess or affected amount only.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind, voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation after enrolment.
- Failure to attend classes, use the content or complete the course.
- Dissatisfaction with examination results, ranks or outcomes.
- Account suspension or termination due to breach of our Terms & Conditions.
- Digital content already accessed, downloaded or consumed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible case, email
support@kaizenbokaro.com within
7 days of the transaction with the following details:
- Registered name and mobile number / email.
- Order ID / transaction reference number.
- Date and amount of the transaction.
- Reason for the refund request and any supporting screenshot.
6. Processing of Refunds
- Eligible requests are reviewed and verified within 5–7 working days.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
- Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 working days after approval, subject to your bank / payment gateway timelines.
- Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Cancellation
A pending or unconfirmed order may be cancelled before payment is completed simply by not
proceeding with payment. Once a payment is successful and enrolment is confirmed, cancellation
is governed by this Policy.
